Dr. Appoinments, Do they ever stop?

I can appreciate that they are being extra careful trying to detect any small thing that could go wrong especially with our history but this going to the doctor every week or twice if I have an ultrasound is getting exhausting but when I'm laying there listening to his heartbeat and getting kicked (hard) in the ribs during a non-stress test, I'm so incredibly thankful it could bring tears to my eyes. Yesterday we had another ultrasounds and his little chubby face was peeking out to say hi, I could have watched that screen all day. The neonatalogist looks for the amount of amniotic fluid, checks his growth and heart rate. All were great and he's already 4 lbs 4 oz!
