We went to the Texas State Fair a few weeks ago and I haven't even posted pics yet? We love going every year. The food can be great or just gross depending on what you'll try. There's been deep fried everything including coke & this year beer but the winner in the Deep Fried category was Fried Frito Pie. For those of you not familiar with Southern Cuisine Frito Pie is a layer of Frito's topped with chili and cheese and sour cream and for the fair they deep fried this, it looked like over cooked nuggets but it was pretty good, somehow we missed a picture of that :) Rob must have a Fletcher's Corney Dog (it's just an over sized corn dog) and Charlotte is all about the huge soft pretzel, wonder who taught her that?
