Dr.'s appointments have been going great! This baby boy is happy, healthy and hiccuping (a lot)! Our doctor has informed us that he could come at any point in time, I'm 2 cm dilated and his head is engaged! As if that wasn't a reality wake up call enough we were also informed that I'll be induced- which is not at all what I ever wanted. However due to being on blood thinners it's the best choice for baby and me so, I've accepted it. Good news is I won't have to check in the night before and have the yucky dilating gel- since that seems to be happening on its own. I've also done enough reading to accept that I will have an epidural with this baby. My doctor expects it will be "quicker than expected" and better than my 1st birth experience, so I'll go with that :).
So for all who joined the baby pool looks like July 19th is our day- (No changing your dates now, but weight and length and time are still TBA)
Charlotte has already become a great big sister. She picks up the several things I drop everyday, remembers what I can't, finds my keys and even painted her brothers room.
The room is done- Chocolate brown on the bottom and blue on the top, curtains and valances are up, crib assembled, laundry done, drawers organized, diaper changing station ready... guess we should go buy diapers!
