Happy Birthday Daddy

Rob's birthday was New Year's Eve and we had a small gathering of Family and friends not really sure why there aren't any more pictures but we had a great time. The guys played poker, we had a "campfire" in the backyard complete with Smores (Charlotte's request) and rang in the New Year with Rob & Randell's traditional strawberry birthday cake. Charlotte attempted to stay up til mid night and sorta made it, with lots of napping on the couch.

Wood for the fire- I forgot to mention of course Rob "needed "to buy a chainsaw that was "on sale" Not that we havent had fires all year long with out one :)

 It's not  pretty but very yummy- Homemade Strawberry Cake with Icing (not frosting) The boys have had it every year since they were little.

 Birthday Boys! Mike's was actually the 26th but we love to celebrate with him too! Ha I just noticed his wife Janet is in the reflection befind them.

 This is what happens when you let your 6 year old stay up way past her bed time!
