That was quick!

One Month Already???

It's amazing to me that RJ was a month old on Sunday. He seems so new but at the same time I can't really imagine what we did before him. We spent a few days last week visiting family in Oklahoma and out at the lake with Rob's parents. Our first mini trip went really well but it is a lot more work traveling with two! RJ has giggled in his sleep a few times and cooed once or twice. He is so much more alert to his surroundings, but still prefers to sleep and eat most of the time. Charlotte has graduated to being able to hold him with out the Boppy and can generally distracted him when he starts to fuss (for at least a good 2 minutes). Rob went back to work this week and I've realized timing is everything. I can get lots done- or at least started but, nothing gets completed with out interruptions. Laundry can wait, dinner will get done, all of it can wait, I'm just going to soak up these moments because they seem like they are flying by so fast.
